Encelade is the sharpest thing the house makes. Rhubarb opens it green and sour — a material almost nobody dares use at this strength — and it dives straight into smoky leather, with cedar the only thing standing between them. Vetiver, sandalwood and tonka bean soften the landing without turning it sweet. Quentin Bisch again, and the most contrarian of the three.
