Description

Night opens on cumin, one of the few materials that smells frankly of skin — warm, spicy and slightly animalic, used here without apology. Patchouli and rose fill the heart, the patchouli earthy and dark, the rose keeping enough sweetness to stop it turning severe. Agarwood and sandalwood close it deep and creamy, holding the whole thing close to the body rather than pushing it outward. Intense, hypnotic and skin-close — made for late hours, and best worn in small amounts.
