1. Who is responsible for your data
This policy explains how la-fleure.com (“La Fleure”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit the Website, create an account, place an order or contact us.

2. What we collect
- Order data — first and last name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number, order contents, order number, delivery method and payment status.
- Account data — email address, password (stored encrypted), saved addresses, order history.
- Payment data — handled by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and the last digits and type of card; we never see or store the full card number.
- Correspondence — the content of messages you send us, so we can answer and keep a record of the case.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, language, pages viewed and the way you arrived at the site. Some of this is collected through cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
- Marketing data — your email address and consent status, if you subscribe to our newsletter.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To perform the contract — processing and delivering your order, handling returns, refunds and guarantees, managing your account.
- To comply with legal obligations — accounting, tax and consumer-law record-keeping.
- For our legitimate interests — keeping the Website secure, preventing fraud and abuse, improving our range and service, and answering your enquiries.
- With your consent — newsletters, and analytics and advertising cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the parties that make the service work, and only to the extent needed:
- payment providers (card processing and PayPal), which act as independent controllers for the payment itself;
- couriers and postal operators, for delivery and tracking;
- our hosting provider and technical service providers who maintain the Website;
- an email delivery provider, for order and service emails;
- analytics and advertising providers, where you have consented to those cookies;
- accountants, auditors and public authorities, where the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside your country
Some of these providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, together with the additional safeguards required by law.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and invoice data — for the period required by accounting and tax law (as a rule, up to 10 years).
- Account data — while your account exists, and a short period afterwards.
- Correspondence — up to 3 years after the case is closed.
- Newsletter data — until you unsubscribe.
- Cookie data — for the lifetime of each cookie, as listed in the Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to obtain a copy of your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to lafleur@fragrance.email; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
8. Security
The Website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to do their work, passwords are stored hashed, and we keep regular backups. No system is completely secure, but we take these measures seriously and review them regularly.
9. Children
The Website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version; significant changes will be announced on the Website.
