We ship worldwide. International orders travel with DHL Express, fully tracked from our warehouse to your door. Orders within Moldova and Kyrgyzstan are delivered by courier from our local stores.

When your order ships
Items in stock are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier, you receive an email with a tracking number.
Pre-order items are shipped as soon as the new stock arrives. The expected date is shown on the product page.
Customs duties and taxes
Orders to countries inside the European Union travel without customs formalities.
For deliveries outside the European Union — for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, the USA, Canada or Israel — the destination country may charge import duties, VAT and clearance fees.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are paid by the recipient, usually to DHL on delivery. The amount depends on the rules of your country and on the value of the order.
Good to know
Alcohol-based fragrances are classified as dangerous goods for air transport. For some destinations this can add a few days to the delivery time.
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout: DHL uses the phone number to arrange delivery and customs clearance.
We do not currently ship to Russia and Belarus.
