Bois Impérial is the fragrance that made Essential Parfums, and the clearest statement of what the house is for: a bold woody signature built from ingredients whose origin can be traced.
The base is the point. Akigalawood is upcycled from patchouli through a biotechnological process rather than harvested fresh, and it gives the fragrance a woody-spicy depth that stays on skin and on fabric for a long time. A green, peppery opening keeps it from reading heavy, so it works in an office as easily as it does in the evening.
Eau de Parfum, concentrated at 16%. Refillable 100 ml bottle, 10 ml travel spray and a 150 ml refill. Beetroot vegetable alcohol, no colouring, vegan, cruelty-free and phthalate-free.
