Description
XIX March is the herbal end of the house. Green leaves, nettle and mint open it cold and slightly bitter, with orange the only real sweetness in sight. Lavender, clove and cinnamon warm the heart without turning it gourmand, and the base — rosemary, vetiver, nutmeg, sandalwood and cedar — stays dry and woody throughout. Aromatic rather than sweet, closer to a classical fougère than to the brand’s usual opulence, and best in warm weather. 100 ml.
