Rose, musk and patchouli sit together right at the opening, which is unusual — most compositions save the musk for the end. Mandarin and French labdanum warm the middle, and then oud takes the entire base on its own, with nothing added to soften it. A short, dense rose-oud that gets darker the longer it stays on.
