Description

Smoke opens on Balkan tobacco leaves — dry, dark and slightly sweet, the smell of the leaf rather than of a cigarette. Cade wood forms the heart and takes it further: tarry, burnt and phenolic, the material that gives smoked leather its bite. Benzoin and tonka bean close it warm and balsamic, adding just enough sweetness to make the smoke wearable rather than punishing.
