The Gourmand Kit holds three 10 ml travel sprays covering the house’s gourmand side: Awake, a coffee fragrance that smells like the drink rather than the dessert; Bake, lemon zest and rum over whipped cream and praline; and Rise, coconut water and a pina colada accord on creamy sandalwood. Ten millilitres is enough to wear each one properly for a week before committing to a full bottle, and the sprays are small enough for hand luggage.
