Cuir Altesse is the winter inspiration of the house and the richest thing in it. Cardamom, pink pepper and orange open it warm and spiced; the heart is rose petals and jasmine laid over patchouli, cloves and a cumin note that gives it real skin-like depth. Leather, benzoin, coumarin, vanilla and oakmoss close it — sweet, resinous and long-lasting. Sensual rather than polite, and it projects: a small amount is enough for an evening.
