Description
Maltol is the molecule that smells of burnt sugar and caramel, and this fragrance is named for it: a gourmand of caramel and walnut, spiced with cinnamon and cut with dark berries.
Sweet but not cloying — the fruit stops it turning into dessert, and the base is resinous rather than sugary. Autumn and winter, and the most immediately likeable scent Maison Label makes.
