Description
Aldehydes over agarwood is an unusual opening — it gives the fragrance a sparkling, faintly soapy start where most ouds go straight to smoke. Rose, magnolia and orchid fill the heart with pimento, bay leaf and cinnamon among them, and oud, labdanum, ambergris and vetiver take the base. The Nawab of Oudh was a real title, in Awadh.
