Rhubarb and apple open it tart, mimosa softening the edge, and the middle keeps that green-fruity tension with water jasmine, orange blossom, blackcurrant and violet leaf. Then it warms considerably: iris, coconut, Madagascar vanilla and styrax over cedar. Sour at the start, creamy at the end.
