Description
Roses & Chocolate does exactly what the name says, and does it without irony. Peach, black currant, mandarin and bergamot open it fruity and bright, and then the two title notes meet in the heart: dark chocolate against a rose, with violet softening the join so neither overwhelms the other. Vanilla, cedar and white musk finish it warm and powdery. A 2013 composition by Pierre Montale, and one of the more charming gourmands in the house.
