Description

The brief given to Antoine Lie was unusually direct: make something so beautiful and positive that wearing it produces an instant flow of happiness. It took him a year and some of the most expensive materials available. The result is a white-and-gold dream of a perfume — luminous, soft-edged and deliberately uncomplicated in effect, however complicated it is underneath. An intimate escape from harsh reality, as the house puts it, and it does read exactly that way.
