Description

Dalia Izem set out to catch tuberose at the moment it stops being opulent. Apricot and carnation open it fruity and lightly spiced, and the flower that follows is airy rather than heavy — peony widening it, patchouli keeping it grounded. Oakmoss, cedar and tonka bean give the base an unexpected chypre dryness, which is what stops the whole thing turning into a bridal bouquet. A modern tuberose, and a rare one.
