Description
Trace is a rose-oud built the other way round from most: Bulgarian rose opens it with bergamot and coriander, fresh and aromatic, and the oud arrives afterwards rather than dominating from the first spray. Orris root turns the heart powdery and cool, and cedar with cade oil closes it dry and faintly smoky — cade being the note that gives birch-tar its campfire edge. A wearable oud, and the rose stays legible right to the end.
